FLOCK

"The birds of passage measure time not in days and nights, but in seasons and in callings."

Rabindranath Tagore

Have you ever stood beneath a sky in motion, feeling the hush of wings overhead, the pull of something vast and distant? Flock is a space to step inside that moment—a meeting of migration, touch, and sound.

A long sheet of kozo paper hangs from above, its surface textured like shifting clouds, streaked with the last colors of daylight. The paper breathes with the room, towering yet delicate, pooling onto the floor like a sky that has unfurled itself just within reach.

Touch it, and the piece responds. Hidden veins of conductive paint awaken beneath your fingers, sending a quiet glow through the space, as if light is slipping through the seams of evening. And then—sound. The calls of 150 geese, captured in flight, echo all around, layering over one another, weaving a soundscape that moves through the body as much as the air.

Here, migration is no longer distant or abstract. It is something felt, something tangible—something that asks you to listen with your hands as much as your ears.
